A "Me" Day

So today was the day. I requested an appt at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL less than 2 weeks ago and was seen there today for this abdominal pain that has plagued me for literally ALL my life. I must say it is an amazing place. I am scheduled for 2 tests next week & excited about finally getting some answers & successful treatment. I did miss my baby boys terribly today!! Thanks to my Daddy, Mama, Sis Beth, Casey, & the Lovett's for your help with them today & to Granny MaryAnn for accompanying & taking care of me...don't know what I'd have done without you all!
I also did something today that I haven't done in 11 years~played SOFTBALL!!! It was GREAT!! I didn't realize how much I missed it & CANNOT believe it's been that long. I'm so looking forward to playing this season with my Sisters from Brunel St. Church of God!!
Last, but certainly not least on my mind tonight...my dear, dear husband. I miss him SOOO...much. I pray that he is resting soundly and will be refreshed and renewed in Christ tomorrow! I pray that he wakes up with a new song in his heart and knows how much I and these baby boys love and appreciate EVERYTHING he has done and is doing just for us...our little family!! I love you Baby!

Mommy what did those words mean???? :)

After we finished saying our prayers tonight I continued praying thinking they were all drifting off to dreamland as the room was quiet. Some of the prayer was in the spirit and as I was praying I heard a little voice ask, mommy what did those words mean??? Oh thank you my Jesus for hungry little minds. I gave what may be an all-time record for the shortest crash course in being saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy Ghost and the gift of tongues, praying in tongues, and spiritual warfare as well as our purpose here on Earth...during our lesson hayes said mommy hold on I think I hear Jesus tellin me somethin. I paused a moment and he said I think He said tell Austin about Jesus....oh there's NOTHING in this world that could make this Mommy's heart more happy, proud and at peace!!! even a 6 year old knows that still (but oh so powerful) small voice...thank you Father for speaking to and being with Your people!!!
